Furthermore an inclinometer with one or two axis for measuring pitch and roll, a special pressure sensor for powered-roof-support systems with an up-to-date electronic technology as well as a patent temperature monitoring system for conveyor belt applications are available.

SMALL-Ex Level measuring instrument

Intrinsically safe level measuring instrument for fluid media which can be equipped with an illuminated display as well as an integrated temperature measurement for the usage in receptacles.

Starting from 300mm measuring length with various mechanical connections like thread or flange are available. As electrical connection there are different approved connectors available to transmit the continuous measuring values by a frequency, current, voltage or CAN-Bus signal to the control system.

SMALL-Ex Flowmeter

Intrinsically safe flowmeter for fluid media which can be equipped with an illuminated display as well as an integrated pressure and/or temperature measurement even in high pressure systems.

Sizes available from DN20 up to DN300 with various mechanical connections like internal thread, staple-lock, flange, Victaulic or SAE-flanges. As electrical connection there are different approved connectors available to transmit the continuous measuring values by a frequency, current, voltage or CAN-Bus.

Intrinsically safe pressure sensor made for use at shield supports. Based on the simple construction with high robustness by a fully stainless steel housing it is an individual mass product build to the highest standards at a low price.
Through the usage of a state of the art technology in the field of electronics, a processor is used for evaluating the signals and calibrated by specially developed software, a high measuring accuracy, repeatability and reliability can be achieved.

The patented variant of the SMALL-Ex temperature monitoring for use at conveyor belt systems

The temperature monitoring type SMALL-Ex are suitable for use under very harsh and challenging environments designed and maintain high mechanical loads. They are designed for use e.g. at conveyor belt systems, as bearing-temperature monitoring or as monitoring of oil temperature or coolant.

The patented variant of this device detects the temperature flank and compares this with the temperature gradients which are stored by the manufacturer such as those at a belt start-up at the cheek of a conveyor belt. For this version the level of the environmental temperature is irrelevant to the detection and does not affect the evaluation.

With this device a differential temperature of 20°K and a difference time of 10 seconds are usually set. This means that when the temperature changes more than 20°K within less than 10 seconds, a slanting of the conveyor belt is detected. As long as the temperature rise is not exceeded and the time is not missed at the same time the system is in normal operation.

The Magnetic-Inductive Flowmeter MAGIN-Ex

The MAGIN-Ex series is designed for volume flow measurement which can be integrated with further measurements like pressure and/or temperature. With the magnetic-inductive measuring method, no mechanical components are used for the measurement recording, so that a high failure safety against e.g. pollution in the liquid is reached. To increase the fail-safety, safety relevant circuits are redundantly designed. A backlit graphic display is used, which allows up to 4 measured values to be displayed.

The development was based on state-of-the-art technology, both in the field of electronics and mechanical design, with the aim of offering a modern and highly-technical measuring instrument for underground mining applications.

Due to the processor electronics, high measuring accuracies and fast reaction times, as well as in conjunction with the mechanical design, a great variety of configurations can be realized. This allows you to assemble your individual measuring device for your application.
